I have been working with the Century 21 team for sometime. I owned a development site which I was wanting to sell but there was a limited market for it being a property at the smaller end of the development market and sited on a hill.

Jehangir became my agent and worked for a long period of time to secure a sale. We survived a number of tyre kickers and some fellow developers who could not get the finances and other issues sorted.

There were a few major obstacles beyond anyone's control but Jehangir persevered and eventually we got a sale at a price I was happy with. A true professional I would recommend his services to anyone.
